Policy:

  • Orders with any issues must contact within 48 hours of delivery date.
  • Products with defects that come with a manufacturer warranty can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Orders with issues can email [email protected] with a description, image of the issue and image of the packaging slip/invoice.
  • Any returns where NAKV Enterprise Corp. is at fault will have shipping paid for by NAKV Enterprise Corp., otherwise shipping and handling will be charged for returns
  • Products with defects that come with a manufacture warranty after 14 days must be dealt with the manufacturer warranty.
  • Due to compatible pods being banned by the FDA starting February 6th 2020.  Effective immediately we will not be taking returns on compatible pods. All sales are final. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

From the 10th to the 30th of every month we have secured an International credit card processor and bank account. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestr only from the 10th to the 30th. Most of you will not have a problem, but some of your cards may decline.

This is because the US BANKS are SCARED of VAPING LEGISLATION, The FDA and COVID. This being said they do not allow us to more than $30,000/month. After the $30,000 limit we switch to our UK bank. If your card declines, please STOP trying and call your bank to allow them to authorize the transaction.

If transaction is declined please call card issuing bank to authorize transaction as our payment processor is based in the UK.

Due to current banking regulations and laws, credit card processors based in the U.S. are not able to provide their services for CBD, Hemp or Disposable Vaping related businesses. In order to provide you the ability to purchase CBD, Hemp or Disposable Vaping products online we have secured a credit card processor based in the UK. Due to our processor being based in the UK if the transaction declines it may require a call to your card issuing bank to authorize the transaction.
